• Basic analytics such as which pages you viewed and roughly how long you stayed
• How you arrived at our site, including search terms or ad campaign tags where available
• Standard technical information your browser sends, such as device type and browser version

How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to respond to your request, give you a quote, schedule the work, and follow up about the job. We also use it to keep our own records of work performed.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer management system and email or text delivery services. Those providers are only permitted to use it to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Text Messages and Calls

If you check a consent box on our contact form, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Gourley Electric at the number you provided. There are two separate boxes and they do different things.

• The first covers non-marketing messages about your job, such as appointment confirmations and scheduling updates.
• The second covers marketing and promotional messages, such as offers and seasonal reminders.

Both are optional, and neither is a condition of getting service from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop us from calling you about work you actually asked us to do.

We keep a record of which boxes you checked and when, because we are required to be able to show that consent was given.

How Long We Keep It

We keep customer and job records as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you want your information removed and there is no legal reason we have to keep it, we will remove it.
